Crash-course in a small group
Get started with an inspirational course preparing you for the delivery of your baby and the beginning of parenthood.
In this compact course you will learn about the physiological and pathological labour process and the postnatal period.
Apart from getting to know some massage and breathing techniques as well as birthing positions you will also get lot's of practical information.
In a relaxed atmosphere you can meet up with other parents-to-be.
Research shows that women who have attended antenatal classes cope far better with the labour process than those who haven't.
